THE ART OF CONCENTRATION DURING STUDY

What we see today are students who are distracted, disturbed and unfocused. Juggling between studies and varied activities and caught in a world of excesses, including information and its easy availability, our present-day students are living in a world of distraction. Having the Internet at their fingertips is keeping our students perennially interrupted from serious, continuous work. According to a study, distractions, particularly of the kind that cell phones could cause the IQ of students. Here are some simple and effective techniques that students can follow to increase their concentration during their study :

Ø  your study with the subject you like most. The subject which gives you joy and you feel relax during study.
Ø  Plan your study. Start with months then weak then per day schedule. Planning of study gives you a platform for a clear mindset.
Ø  Early to bed early to rise. It means sleep early at night and wake up early in the morning with full of determination to work with your plans.
Ø  Morning time is the best time for study because this time you can be most productive. This time you can  go for  study for tough subjects.
Ø  During study the most who distracts you is your cell phone, so keep it on silent or switch off during study.
Ø  Enjoy your study. If you enjoy it, you will get more concentration.
Ø  Stay focused on your study that time. Don’t think about anything that time.
Ø  Take a short break during your study schedules to make you relax. In this time, enjoy or play with thing you love or which makes you happy.
Ø  Don’t treat study like a burden rather enjoy it. Because you very lucky you have resources for this, many of us don’t have resources for this.

SELF MOTIVATION : A KEY TO SUCCESS

Self motivation is the best motivation. If anybody motivates you, it doesn’t go last long. Nobody can motivates until you motivate yourself. If a person thinks someone else has control over them, then that other person does. And that other person can control them with threats and promises, but that’s not a motivation. Self motivation comes from internal feeling.

The power of self motivation is directly related to desire for goals that we want to achieve in our life. If you want to achieve your goals you must decide that you can do anything in your life which you want. Nothing is impossible because you are capable of making everything possible. That’s the first step, after that you can figure out what you want in your life and create a plan to get that. The desire you have to achieve that goals that you decided on, is a measure of your motivation. If you have no particular desires to achieve a goal, you will have no motivation. you can increase your self motivation by followings ways :

·         Keep motivators around your work area or study area – things that give you that initial spark to get doing.

·         Be in touch with positive peoples and motivated people. This could be like a quick discussion with a friend who likes sharing ideas.

·         Life is all about learning. Read and try to take in everything you can. The more you learn, the more you feel confident.

·         Try to be positive in all the situations. Try to find positivity in negativity. Its all about Law of Positivity.

·         If you find motivation for a particular project lacking, try to get out of it and started on something else.

·         If someone distracts you from your goals, think about the one who wants to see you a successful person. Everything will be easy for you then.

I understand it is not easy for everyone. There is a big difference between speaking and doing. But as I said nothing is impossible you are capable of making everything possible.
