Working From Home : A Future Need of India

In the midst of the ongoing pandemic, there is an awakening among CEOs that employees are capable of doing work and being productive from home.

For the last five years, there’s been an increasing chorus of engineers, designers and professionals claiming that remote work is the future. 

I’ve been working from home on and off for the last two decades. I find I can be more productive for some types of work and have more time to exercise, cook and be with the family when I’m working from home.

We can find a lot of benefits of working from homes. Like that :-

·         Hiring better staff from anywhere in the world.

·         Eliminate environment pollution.

 

There are many other reasons why work from home is the future trend of India. Various surveys concludes that work from homes are less prone to take sick leave. Canada life studies reveal that telecommuters on an average take only 1.8 days of sick  leave in a year from office compared to 3.1 days leave  by office bound workers. This concludes that work from home is the future of Employment.
