Health is like money, we never have a true idea
of its value until we lose it. Some of the important tips for a healthy life
are as……
a) Eat
on time. Take at least three meals a day i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.
b) Eat
fewer sweets and white salt, more fruits and green vegetables.
c) Drink
plenty of water in day.
d) Go
to bed early (early to bed early rise).Take at least eight hours of sleep
everyday.
e) Exercise
for half an hour every day.
f) Try
to consume anti-ageing foods.
g) Focus
on quality of foods not on quantity of foods.
h) Eating
fast foods can give you joy for sometimes but it is a punishment for your body.
i) Laughter
is the best therapy, so keep smiling.
j) Eat
to live, not live to eat.
